Description: lightweight CMS based on GNU Make
 PCMS is a configuration management system based on GNU Make. It consists 
 of a software distribution and a configuration module. This is the PCMS 
 software distribution. The configuration module has to be written by the 
 end-user.

 1.  update the configuration module 
 2.  apply any available operating system updates
 3.  run GNU make to align the system with the configuration module's 
     specifications
