single quotes in the repo config file

I put single quotes in the repo config file, but this makes the config compilation
(when the editor exits) fail. Nested/escaped double quotes are fine.

It would be nice if the repository server could serve the list of respositories to
the install client (possibly by http) in a format that allowed the install client to 
add them all to its own sqlite database.
