Description: simple job scheduler
 Js is a very simple job scheduler daemon. It "manages" an arbitrary set 
 of system resources (e.g. RAM, cores, disk space) and executes jobs that 
 have been submitted when their demand for resources can be met. The
 package includes the scheduler (jsd), the submission tool (jss) and the 
 query tool (jsq).
