Description
-----------
FAD tools are tools for generating, manipulating and
analysing file attribute databases ('FAD' files). It
includes

        fadscan     -- a day-by-day system monitor to 
                       detect file system changes

	mkfad	    -- reads a list of files and produces 
                       a FAD file

	faddiff     -- produces a list of differences 
                       between two FAD files 

        fadcat      -- merges FAD files with grep capabilities

        fadfixperms -- changes permissions of a hierarchy 
                       of files and directories according 
                       to a config file
