ENHANCE/wkrep: can I make a nice interface to fadscan? Perhaps if I alter
	fadscan to accept options for the individual subfunctions of

BUG/wkrep: The dates need to be formatted with the timezone of the time of the
	report, which is *not* necessarily the same as the runtime timezone spec.
	As in this failed test:
