Iofdb-specific installation instructions

Prerequisite software
---------------------

This software requires the following software to be installed
first:

	mutella

Installation
------------

Create a new group 'mutella' (if you don't know otherwise, this probably
involves editing /etc/group).

Create a new user 'mutella' (if you don't know otherwise, this probably
involves editing /etc/passwd).

Create an 'init.d' script to start mumc. A fairly non-OS-specific one
is included in doc/examples/init.d-script.
