pibu:    old logs for the same media are not getting deleted

pibu:    the example media file has a colon missing
         the mt command should check for error output to see if it has
                failed when using remote tape drives and should use
                rsh host mt -t /dev/device rewind
                and not
                mt -t host:/dev/device rewind

pibu:    add media management
         add automatic talk through
         add automatic removal of logs for the same media
         make backup paths relative!

ipcs:    two message queues are present? why???
