.B Iofdbm
is a front-end for
.B iofdb\fR(1).

If standard input is a terminal and no command\-line arguments are 
provided then it runs interactively, displaying a menu and prompting
the user for a command to run.
If standard input is not a terminal (typically a file or a pipe) then
commands will be read from standard input and processed.
In a single command is specified on the command line then this will
be processed.
In these last two non-interactive cases, then the menu is not displayed 
and the user is not prompted to press ENTER to continue after each menu 
command.
