The helpdesk software is crummy. It's called MasterSoft and it's not too good. There is new software on the way though. Chris has the details.
With the exception of Hans Pelz's machine, all others cannot log new calls. So the best thing to do is email him, then he can just cut and paste it from email to call logger.
