.B Fseb
copies that part of an Linux installation that resides outside the filesystems (e.g. MBR, 
partition tables) to a file inside the filesystem. Its purpose is to help with bare metal
recoveries.

on a daily basis. The two newest backups it creates are retained and older backups are deleted.
