ENHANCE/adempx: write adempx (ADE man page extractor) to take man pages from 
	sources. Then I can start documenting library functions.

ENHANCE/libs: write man pages for ADE shell routines - in the sources.

ENHANCE/clients+libs: $main::version can now be a local variable can't it,
        inside app_version? Something similar for shell scripts to. (No 
	adelib changes required)

ENHANCE/adetest: should check for the existence of 'in', 'out', 'ref' and 
	'tmp'. And if it doesn't see them then generate an error.
